Gift Card Terms & Conditions

                                                      General Terms

Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC gift cards are distributed by Shopify. By visiting our website you agree to the laws of the State of Canada and the State of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these E-Gift Card distribution terms and condition. Shopify and Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

                     Breckenridge Candle Company E-Gift Card Terms

Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC E-Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise (excluding E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards). E-Gift cards and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

                                                     Purchase Fees

Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC impose a fee of any kind on purchasers or recipients of E-Gift Cards in connection with the sale of the E-Gift Card or Gift Cards.

                                Checking Gift Card / E-Gift Card Balance

To check the balance of your gift card simply contact us by phone or email and we'll gladly assist you with the balance information on your gift card. At this time there aren't any other ways to check the balance of your gift card. 

                                   Returning or Cancelling a E-Gift Card

E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable after it is purchased. If a customer enters a Incorrect Email Address and the E-Gift Card has been sent, the E-Gift Card may be able to be disabled and resent to the correct email address; Unless the funds on the E-Gift Card have been used. If the funds on the E-Gift Card are still available the E-Gift Card can be sent to the correct email address. If the funds have been used on the E-Gift card the funds are non-refundable.

                                             Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

If a gift card has been lost or stolen contact us immediately. E-Gift Cards can not be replaced if they are lost or stolen if the purchaser doesn't have their confirmation email prior to the delivery date selected during the purchase process. If the purchaser can provide proper proof of purchase, and if there is a remaining balance on the E-Gift Card the E-Gift Card will be re-issued on a new E-Gift Card. 


The maximum value of a Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC E-Gift Card / Gift Card is five hundred dollars ($500.00). Gift card / E-Gift Card amounts can not be greater than $9,999.00 USD. Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards can not be used to purchase other Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards. Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards can not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards can only be used at Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards will be void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards do not expire. Any unused Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards may not be transferred.

                                                   Risk of Loss

Ownership and the risk of loss of a E-Gift Card passes to the purchaser as soon as the purchaser purchases the E-Gift Card. The purchaser will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards.

We accept all major credit cards and payments. You may use those payment methods to purchase Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards. You can find those different methods at the bottom of our website.

                                            Failed Email Delivery

If you have confirmed the email address but you still haven't received the E-Gift Card, below are some options that may cause a failed delivery

  • Spam filter blocked email
  • Rerouted to bulk/spam folder 
  • Recipient's firewall blocked the email
  • Email box may be over size limit
  • Invalid email address

Emails can take up to 24 hours to deliver. 

                                           Personalized Messaging

Breckenridge Candle Company, LLC does not have the capability to attach personalized messages to Emails, Gift Cards, or E-Gift Cards
